Party Package

This package is dedicated to smaller events,

ie: baby & bridal showers, family reunions, surprise parties, anniversary parties, etc.

 

This package includes the following:

  • 1 -Initial phone call or zoom to go over the details of your event.

  • Monthly check-ins leading up to the event.

  • Vendor recommendation.

  • Vendor contact.

  • Timeline for the day of the event.

  • 1 - Final phone call or zoom to go over the final details for the event, including the timeline, 7-10 days before the event day.

  • 8 hours on site the day of the event, including setup and tear down. 

Cost: $800.00*

 

Add-ons:

  • Walk through of the venue: $50 per hour*

  • Every extra hour the day of the events is an additional $100*

  • Add on a second person for four hours: $200*

 

This package does not include:

  • The personal booking of vendors and venues.

  • Transporting food or drink. 

  • Balloon set up or take down.

 

*All payments are due one month before the event*
