Travel Fees

For all events, if you are in a 60 mile radius of Capron, Illinois, there will not be a travel fee. This includes venues and in person meetings.

For any events between a 61 to 100 mile radius of Capron, Illinois, there will be a fee of $0.67 per mile in both directions.

For any events in a 101-150 mile radius of Capron, Illinois or in southern Wisconsin, western Indiana and eastern Iowa, will result in a $300 travel fee. This would cover time, gas and possible hotel. 

For any events outside of a 150 mile radius of Capron, Illinois, including other states and countries, will have to have a conversation with Extravagant Events staff about travel fees and accommodations, including travel by car or plane, hotel and time traveling.
